Will vs. an Estate Plan
What is the difference between a Will and an Estate Plan?
A Will is a Last Will and Testament all by itself. The better practice nowadays is for the attorney and client to work together to complete additional documents besides the Last Will and Testament. These additional documents are of further help to the client and their family when there are health crises and at the end of life. In O’Reilly Law’s standard estate plan package, the additional documents include a health power of attorney, a living Will, and financial power of attorney, and a letter stating your intentions with regard to funeral arrangements, burial, and/or cremation.
